Delegation charter builder
Write the charter before the agent starts work.
Place the agent by how much judgement it exercises and how hard its mistakes are to undo. Then write the six clauses of its charter and size the oversight around it. Every warning comes from a published study and links to it.
The charter
Where the rules come from
The six clauses follow the parts of the instructie the Dutch East India Company issued in 1602, a document meant to govern agents who sailed beyond the reach of timely correction. Placement uses the Cognition-Accountability Grid. The oversight checks apply findings from the lab's pre-registered campaigns. They are simulation and benchmark results with stated limits; read each study before relying on a threshold.
