Answer the Three Questions of delegation, in the methodology's own wording, and a few follow-ups. As you type, the page writes the 19-section AI Persona definition, an SOP in YAML, a 5-tier measurement blueprint and the delegation-package checklist, then checks the sections against each other and against the tier. Section names come straight from the templates.

Nothing here calls a model. The Dry runs tab holds three prompts for your own models. Record each run there and the page writes its vanilla-agent log.

Three worked examples, one per tier path: supplier onboarding (Tier 3, with a cross-domain handoff), AP invoice exceptions (Tier 2) and a read-only weekly report drafter (Tier 1). All three are invented. Worked example; values are illustrations.
